Who owns the account
The account is created for this program and belongs to the client. You operate it as an authorised user. Never delete, deactivate, hide or restrict the account or its posts without our written approval. When the program ends you hand over access; the steps are in the Contract & Termination tab.
Spend 3 to 5 days training Instagram's algorithm before you post anything, so your first videos reach the right audience. Before you start posting, send a 15 min screen recording of your FYP to your Campaign Manager - 80% of your feed should be warmed in the given space.
Why it matters
Instagram uses your follows, searches and watch history to decide who sees your posts. A warmed-up account reaches Indian tech, editing and creator audiences; a cold or bot-like one can be flagged as spam. Act like a real user, not a bot: mix your activity up and never batch-follow.

The four niches to follow
Mix all four every day. Do not follow only one type.
Niche
What to follow
Hashtags and searches
Indian tech creators
Creators reviewing apps, gadgets and phone tricks for an Indian audience, in English or Hindi
Indian creators sharing how they shoot, edit and grow: creator tips, aesthetics, trends
#contentcreatorindia, #reelsindia, #creatortips; search "how to edit reels"
AI tools and apps
Creators testing AI apps, AI image and video tools, and "apps you didn't know you needed"
#aitools, #aiapps, #aiediting; search "best ai apps"
The search loop
Search a key term your target audience would search (the keyword list is below).
Open the Reels results and favour recent posts; use a recency filter wherever Instagram offers one.
Engage with what you find: like, save, comment and follow the accounts that appear. Rinse and repeat across several terms.
This is also the best time to collect inspiration. Save videos, audios and accounts that perform well and use them for ideas later. Take the format and the energy, never a close copy of another creator's video.
Daily actions
Do all of these every warm-up day.
Follow at least 20 new accounts, mixed across all four niches
Like 20 to 30 posts
Leave 5 to 10 thoughtful comments, not just emojis
Save 3 to 5 posts to a collection
Watch 3 to 4 reels all the way through
Stay in the app for 15 to 25 minutes
Keywords to feed the algorithm
Search these in the app, watch the results all the way through, and like or save a few. Instagram uses your search history to decide what to recommend next, so flood it with content that matches what you will post:
ai photo editor, ai video editor, ai photo editing, background remover, photo editing app, reels editing, ai tools, tech ugc india, ugc program.
Post one talking-head video a day, built on four beats and approved on SideShift before it goes live.
What every video is
Every video is a talking head: you on camera, talking to your audience, with Picsart on screen where it makes sense. No faceless voiceover edits, slideshow-only posts or stock-footage compilations. Shoot vertical 9:16, 15 to 45 seconds, and post at least 30 unique videos a month.
The four beats

What you are showing
Your brief says which Picsart product to feature. Use these descriptions as background, not as a script, and only mention features you show on screen.

DOs and DON'Ts

References to watch before you film
Use these for tone, pacing and how Picsart is shown on screen, then make the video your own. Never copy one closely.
Send the video in messages on SideShift. We review it and reply within 1 business day. You can pitch your own ideas any time; they just need approval before you post, and the dos and don'ts above are your filter. When we send a brief or script, follow its hook, format and messaging, because off-brief videos do not count toward your pay. If a post is rejected after going live, we tell you within 48 hours.
If we tell you a post has been picked for paid promotion, you will remake it with only fully licensed, ad-safe music and materials within 3 business days, keeping the same format, hook and message.
Every post must suit a global audience aged 13 and up and clear Picsart's Community Guidelines; reading this tab is mandatory.
Who sees your content
Assume a global audience aged 13 and up sees everything you publish. Content must suit young teens, reflect Picsart's values of creativity, self-expression, inclusion and positive mental health, and be legally and copyright compliant. If you are unsure whether something is appropriate, stop and ask us on SideShift before posting.
Never allowed
Category
Not allowed
Violence and harm
Graphic or realistic violence, injury, gore or self-harm; threats or weapons used against a person; glorifying danger, even in stylised form. If it is too intense for a family-friendly teen film, it is out
Alcohol, drugs and smoking
Alcohol, drugs, vaping or smoking shown as cool, aesthetic, normal or central; party scenes where drinks are prominent. A small background drink is acceptable, but if the eye goes to it, change or remove it
Strong language and harassment
Profanity, slurs or explicit sexual terms in overlays, captions or featured comments; insults or bullying. This covers AI-generated text too
Nudity and sexual content
Nudity, lingerie, sexualised poses or angles, or intimate behaviour beyond family-friendly teen content. Everyday swimwear shown neutrally, hugging and holding hands are fine
Hate and extremism
Content demeaning people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age; stereotype jokes; extremist symbols
Illegal and dangerous activity
Depicting or encouraging illegal acts such as underage drinking, drug use or vandalism; stunts or challenges young viewers could copy; any sexualised depiction of minors
If you see a serious safety concern, tell us on SideShift immediately.
Copyright, IP and real people
AI and editing tools do not remove copyright risk. Avoid all of these:
Recognisable copyrighted characters, logos or branded worlds without explicit written permission.
Visuals clearly inspired by one franchise's style or world, so a typical fan would recognise it.
AI-generated likenesses of real people, such as celebrities or influencers, without consent and licensed rights.
Close imitation of another creator's work.
Unlicensed music, images, fonts or trademarks. Use Instagram's music library only.
Trends
Trends are not automatically approved. Before joining one, check four things.
Relevance: it connects naturally to creativity, self-expression or editing.
Brand fit: it shows Picsart tools used in a positive, creative way.
Age test: it would feel appropriate for a 13-year-old in any country where Picsart is available.
Destination: viewers who tap the hashtag or audio are unlikely to land on adult or unsafe content. If they might, skip it, even if your own post is clean.
Visual style and mental health
Picsart is colourful, expressive, inclusive and joyful. Use bold but intentional colour. Show people of different ethnicities, body types, abilities and ages, treated with respect. Highlight process and personal style over status or physical perfection, and avoid defaulting to extreme thinness, hyper-muscularity or flawless "ideal" bodies. Run the bad-day test: if a 13-year-old felt insecure and saw this, would it make them feel better or worse?
Using AI outputs
AI tools can default to over-sexualised or homogeneous results. Review every output and regenerate until it meets every rule on this page. Prompt actively for diversity in body types, skin tones and styles, and avoid prompts that lean towards adult themes, extreme body ideals or recognisable IP.
โผ๏ธ
Pre-publish checklist
Confirm all of these before any post goes live.
No violence, self-harm or glamorised danger
No alcohol, drugs, vaping or smoking as a focus or aspiration
No nudity, sexualised posing or intimate scenes beyond teen-appropriate romance
No profanity, slurs, harassment or hate
No discrimination or extremist content
No illegal or dangerous behaviour shown or encouraged
No unlicensed copyrighted characters, logos or recognisable IP
No AI-generated or edited likenesses of real people without licensed rights
Clearly suitable for a global 13+ audience
Trend, audio and hashtag do not lead viewers to adult or unsafe content
Visual style and representation fit Picsart's creative, inclusive and mentally healthy brand
Concepts are starting points, not scripts: use the references and demos to build your own original talking-head idea, then get it approved on SideShift before you post.
How concepts work
Watch the references and demos below.
Study what made them work, not just what they showed: the hook, the pacing and how Picsart appears on screen.
Rebuild the idea with your own story, voice, setting and edit.
Submit it on SideShift and wait for approval before you post.
When we send a brief or script, follow it. Concepts are for the days when the choice of idea is yours.

Show viewers how to create AI-generated YouTube Kids nursery rhyme videos using PixArt Flow, without manually creating every scene. The video should demonstrate how a simple ChatGPT prompt can be used in PixArt Flowโs Copilot to build a workflow and generate a complete video with visuals and audio.
The focus is on making AI video creation look easy, accessible, and potentially monetizable through YouTube.
Show viewers how AI-generated kidsโ YouTube videos are getting hundreds of thousands of views and how to create similar videos using PixArt Flow templates in under 60 seconds. Demonstrate how to pick a template, follow its prompt, and generate a finished video in 4K.
Show viewers how to recreate popular kidsโ YouTube videos using AI. Demonstrate how to find a viral video, copy its transcript, turn it into a prompt using ChatGPT, and generate a similar video using PixArt AI Playground.

Borrow the structure, never the content. Do not reuse a reference's script, shots, audio or on-screen text.
Do not post two near-identical videos in a day. Change the hook and the angle.

Reply to every comment on every post within 48 hours; missed replies can reduce your pay.
The rule
Reply to every comment on every post within 48 hours of posting. This is a baseline condition of the program, and comments are also what the algorithm reads as proof that real people are watching.
What happens if you miss replies
Unreplied comments can hold back performance pay on that post until you have caught up.
A pattern of missed replies can reduce your base pay for the month and, if it keeps happening, can end your agreement.
General unresponsiveness to comments can also lead to a deduction of up to $100 from that month's payout.
How to reply
Check your comments at least twice a day, for example morning and evening.
Write real replies: answer the question, add one useful detail, thank the person. Emoji-only replies do not count as engagement.
Keep to the same claims rules as your videos. Do not say Picsart does everything, promise a time saved, bash competitors or share personal information.
Stay civil. Never reply with profanity or insults, even to trolls. If a comment is abusive or raises a safety concern, message us on SideShift.
Example replies, in your own voice
If someone asks
You could say
Which app is this?
It's Picsart! I used the feature you saw in the video.
Does it really do all this?
It handled this edit for me; results depend on your prompt and a bit of tweaking.
Is it free?
Don't quote prices or plans you have not checked. Point people to the app and say plans can change.
Can I get the link?
Follow the link rules below, and only share what your brief says to share.
Sharing Picsart links/ DM Auto
Only share links when your brief asks you to, and only trackable ones. Without trackable links we cannot measure what your content achieves. If we ask you to set up DM automation, UTM links or a comment-response workflow (for example in ManyChat/Superprofile), you will have 24 hours to do it.
Keep your account active
Beyond replying, spend at least 30 to 60 minutes a week on organic activity in the account, such as liking, commenting and following, the same habits you built in the warm-up. Your monthly brief may set the exact amount. A stale or inactive account can lead to the account-hygiene deduction described in the Payments tab.
You earn a $100 monthly base plus $1 per 1,000 views, capped at $400 a month.
How your pay works
Your pay has two parts. The base is $100 a month for at least 30 unique talking-head videos, one a day, all on Instagram. On top of that you earn $1 for every 1,000 views your videos get. Total earnings are capped at $400 a month, which you reach at 300,000 views. Each pay period is one calendar month, from the 1st to the last day.

If you post fewer than 30
Base pay is paid per approved post: $100 divided by 30, about $3.33 each. Example: 24 approved posts earn $80 base. If those posts get 150,000 qualifying views, the CPM adds $150, so the month pays $230. Posting the same video to the same account more than once creates no extra payable post.
What counts as an approved post
A post counts toward pay only if it meets all of these.
It follows the brief or script we sent in the previous 48 to 72 hours, including hook, format and messaging.
It is original: not a repost, near-duplicate or recycled video.
It has clear audio, stable video and legible on-screen text, and follows Instagram's guidelines.
You replied to every comment within 48 hours.
We tell you within 48 hours if a post is rejected. Rejected posts cannot be swapped for another one unless we approve it in writing.
Which views count
Qualifying views come from Instagram's own analytics for the account you connected through SideShift. Bot traffic, paid or incentivised traffic and other invalid activity are excluded, and so is any post we find was artificially inflated. Proven manipulation is a material breach of your agreement. If analytics cannot be pulled automatically, send native analytics screenshots or exports; performance pay for the affected posts can wait until you do.
Deductions and held payments
We can deduct up to $100 from a month's payout for general unresponsiveness to comments, not following scripts or briefs across several posts, or poor account hygiene such as an outdated bio or broken links. We explain the reason in writing when we do.
Pay for a post can be held if its ad permissions are not granted on time, or a takedown request is missed. The deadlines are in the Communication tab.
Statements, disputes and taxes
SideShift issues a statement each pay period. To object to anything, email support@sideshift.app within 5 business days of the statement date; after that the statement counts as accepted. We then aim to resolve it within 10 business days, and undisputed amounts are still paid on schedule. You are an independent contractor and responsible for your own taxes; neither Muses nor SideShift withholds tax for you.

Trigger
What happens
Either side breaches the agreement
The other side gives written notice and you have 5 business days to fix it; if it is not fixed, the agreement can end

The client asks to remove you
They can do this at any time, for any reason, even if you are hitting every target. We can end the agreement immediately and need not give the reason
A post puts brand safety or the law at risk
We can suspend or remove the post straight away
What you are paid when it ends
You are paid, pro-rata, for approved posts up to the end date, plus performance pay for posts whose measurement windows have closed, as long as those posts met the guidelines. Undisputed amounts are still paid on schedule.
What you hand over
Within 5 business days of the end date, or any time we ask in writing:
Give us full login credentials, two-factor access, and all account permissions
Replace your personal contact details in the account's recovery settings with ours
Leave every post, setting, follower list, analytics record and message history untouched
